What is your favorite quote or your own personal quote?
“Ability is what you are capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.” –Lou Holtz.
What makes CPCO stand out from all other organizations?
“The CPCO team and the capacity to provide both tax and audit. We have a cohesive group with an exceptional amount of knowledge, expertise and compassion combined amongst our team members. Being non-departmentalized, CPCO also affords the opportunity and exposure to practice both tax and audit; whereas in a lot of other firms, an accountant has to choose one or the other. Having both under one roof, fosters growth, learning and expansion in the direction/s which best suits each one of us, resulting in the optimal outcome to our clients.”
What is your favorite part of the accounting profession?
“The freedom to continually learn, the challenge of an infinite number of new puzzles to solve and the ability to guide and help other people. My original background is in big box retail management; accounting allows me to reach out to people on a whole other level.”
What is your signature dish?
“Signature dish, I have yet to develop! Fortunately, I grew up with five brothers, which means I spent the majority of my time outdoors throwing baseballs, playing tag and building forts. Unfortunately, I never spent very much time in the kitchen with my mom and, therefore, have never learned to cook!”
